All our videos inside the Motor Skill Learning system are structured and organised.
So you can follow our lesson plans step by step but you may also customise them to your own needs.
Videos are first put into one of 4 curriculums for ages 3-4, 4-5, 5-6 and 6-7.
Each week includes 7 videos with activities to improve these skills:
Reaction, Balance, Rhythm, Orientation and Differentiation which are the 5 motor skills. In addition hand-eye/foot-eye coordination and physical activity is another focus.
We recommend to include these 7 areas in each lesson without being too rigid to make it age-appropriate, for optimal learning and the most fun.

Each activity includes tips, goals to focus on, a storyline if appropriate and progression and regressions.
