The Street Racket TEAM-RACKET was specially developed for cooperative use in doubles play and movement-based exercises. Two people hold the racket together – promoting teamwork, communication, and coordination in a playful way. This double-handled racket is ideal for inclusive settings, school sports, therapy, rehabilitation, or senior activities, creating shared movement experiences for people with different abilities.

Even when used solo – with both hands against a wall or in open space – the TEAM-RACKET offers new movement impulses and creative training opportunities. It’s a versatile tool for education, group projects, and recreational use, designed to strengthen motor skills, rhythm, and social interaction.

Tipps für den perfekten Flow:

• Zwei Hände, ein Ziel: Zwei Spieler:innen – ein Schläger! Haltet je einen Griff und bewegt euch gemeinsam zum Ball. Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel: Redet, spürt den Rhythmus und findet euren gemeinsamen Takt.
• Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe: Ob gleich stark oder unterschiedlich erfahren – das TEAM-RACKET funktioniert in jeder Kombination. Wenn jedoch ein:e Spieler:in deutlich mehr Spielroutine hat, hilft es, wenn diese Person mit feinen Bewegungen leicht die Führung übernimmt.
• Füße in Bewegung, Köpfe im Spiel: Bleibt aktiv auf den Beinen und denkt mit: Wo springt der Ball als Nächstes hin? Je besser eure Beinarbeit, desto flüssiger das Spiel.
• Tief bleiben bringt Höhe ins Spiel: Geht bewusst etwas in die Knie – so kontrolliert ihr die Schläge besser und bringt den Ball nach oben zurück ins Spiel. Eine aufwärts gerichtete Bewegung ist der Schlüssel für längere Ballwechsel.
• Rhythmus statt Power: Nicht die Kraft entscheidet, sondern das Timing. Findet euren Schwung und spielt mit Gefühl. Sanftes Schwingen bringt mehr Kontrolle als harte Schläge.
• «Safety Net» mit Einzelschläger: Im freien Spiel hilft es, wenn beide Spieler:innen zusätzlich in ihrer freien Außenhand einen normalen Street Racket Schläger halten. So könnt ihr Bälle im Spiel halten, die nicht perfekt in der Mitte landen.
• Variieren und kreativ werden: Probiert unterschiedliche Spielformen aus:
  • Auf dem Einzel- oder Kreuzfeld – mit- oder gegeneinander
  • Auf dem Wandfeld im Alleinspiel
  • Zielschüsse auf markierte Felder
  • Herausforderungen wie „durch einen Reifen“ oder „Ball muss 2x aufspringen“
  • Zeit-Challenges: Wie lange bleibt der Ball im Spiel?

How to play with the TEAM-RACKET –
Some tips for the perfect flow:

• Two hands, one goal: Two players – one racket! Each person holds one handle and moves together toward the ball. Communication is key: talk to each other, feel the rhythm, and find your shared timing.
• Working together on equal footing: Whether both players are equally skilled or not – the TEAM-RACKET works in every combination. If one player has significantly more experience, it helps if they gently take the lead with fine movements.
• Feet in motion, minds in the game: Stay light on your feet and anticipate: where will the ball go next? Who steps in, who steps back? The better your footwork, the smoother the rally.
• Low stance, high return: Bend your knees consciously – this gives you more control and helps return the ball upward into play. An upward stroke is key to keeping the game going.
• Rhythm over power: It’s not strength that counts, but timing. Find your shared swing and play with feeling. A soft, controlled swing works better than hard hitting.
• “Safety net” with single racket: Especially during casual play, it helps if both players hold a normal Street Racket in their free outside hand (right and left). This way, you can catch balls that miss the center and keep the rally alive.
• Vary and get creative: Try out different game formats:
  • On a singles or cross court – cooperative or competitive
  • On a wall court for solo play
  • Target shots to marked zones
  • Challenges like “through a hoop” or “ball must bounce twice”
  • Time challenges: how long can you keep the rally going?
